As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be the lead for all Canadian logistics operations and facilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of related supply chain experience within a pharmaceutical, biotech organisation
- Thorough knowledge of operations processes for the Canadian innovative pharmaceutical / biotech market
- Experience managing and interfacing effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Significant negotiation experience
- Experience working with a multi-national company preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all the logistics for Medison Canada inclusive of 3PL (inbound, customs clearance, storage, transportation, order-to-cash) and trade relations
- Lead the development of the product supply plans and manage local inventory levels to pre-defined targets.
- Lead Sales & Operations planning process with internal and external partners.
- Responsible for contract management with respective suppliers
- Responsible for Medison’s 3rd party warehouse operations and ensuring that supplier performs as per outlined KPI’s.
- Local Subject Matter Expert for NetSuite.
- Assist Quality Assurance in activities such as audits, regulatory agency inspections, or product recalls, labelling & packaging requirements of our partners.
- Support Global Finance on all partner reporting requirements.
- Responsible for the Canadian facility with support from the Office Manager
- Operations budget(s) review and forecasting
