About the Role

Reporting into the Product Flow Manager, the Supply Chain Specialist assists with coordinating supply chain activities and works closely with the supply chain and merchandising teams as well as Licensed producers to facilitate inventory activities. The position holder also plays a key role in the continuous improvement of processes that support OCS’ strategic goals and is accountable for project managing key initiatives in the Supply Chain team

About Your Day
- Update and maintain Standardization of Process (SOPs)
- Create and maintain Supply Chain Tracker for key business processes
- Maintain and Adjust Purchase Orders in alignment with the Supply Chain Planning System.
- Manage accurate supply chain records
- Escalate purchase order failures and resolve customer issues promptly
- Develop new vendor onboarding content and participate in onboarding meetings
- Responsible for facilitating Farmgate onboarding and purchase orders
- Act as Supply Chain main point of contact for end
- to
- end Return to Vendor (RTV) process management
- Problem-solve issues in our supply chain and work cross-functionally to come up with a solution

About You
- Post-Secondary education in Supply Chain or related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in Supply Chain Inventory Management and/or logistics (internships/co-op experience is acceptable)
- Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau would be considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate MS Office skills, including MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
