**Inventory Coordinator**

Reporting to the Manager, IT Service Delivery and Applications, the Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing Western’s Technology Services assets including hardware, software, licenses, and inventory.

**Here is what a typical day looks like**
- Performing various administrative duties such as: equipment shipping and receiving; filing records; and inputting data into systems
- Maintaining, and managing a centralized asset database ensuring accurate inventory of all software and hardware assets at all stages of lifecycle
- Administering procedures for tracking IT assets to oversee quality control
- Tracking and administering account access for Western’s Microsoft and Adobe licenses
- Maintaining accurate records of equipment requests and returns
- Coordinating and executing annual hardware audit activities across multiple office locations
- Performing and maintaining documented Asset Management processes
- Procurement of devices (laptops, desktops, and peripheral equipment) within a set budget
- Coordinating hardware refresh programs
- Maintaining high standards of organization in the Technology Services department

- 1+ years of experience in a customer facing role
- Organized and detailed orientated
- Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize incoming requests
- Good working knowledge with excel spreadsheets
- Strong customer service skills

Hours: Full-time / 37.5 hour/week
Location: In office Victoria, BC

Compensation Range: $53,000 - $73,000
