**What you can expect in a typical day**

**Kindly note that this is a temporary opportunity offering a 10-month fixed-term contract. Additionally, our contact center is operational 7 days a week with hours ranging from 7:00am to 7:00pm; therefore, your shift may vary with notice.**

**Your roles and responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service.
- Be a reliable team player.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Display strong business acumen and technical expertise.
- Generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
- Develop understanding of all our products to provide the best solution for our customer needs.
- Ensure accuracy when requests are logged, resolved and escalated where appropriate.
- Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Work with other departments to assist in the resolution of issues or requests.
- Communicate issues and resolutions to appropriate stakeholders.
- Take ownership for the consumer experience while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Perform other duties as required to maintain and enhance consumer relations and departmental productivity.
- Flexible to work shifts outside of normal business hours.

- Problem solving/decision making skills.
- Computer literacy is required, good organizational skills, strong analytical skills and good interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well in a team environment and be a reliable team player.

**Education and experience**
- High School with Post-secondary education preferred.
- 1-3 years Contact Center experience.
- Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
- Excellent customer service skills.
