**Position Summary**:
SE Health is currently seeking a **Finance Solution Lead (Workday+)** to lead deployment activities in configurations and integrations, co-designing, implementing, and optimizing Finance Workday modules and other FIN / HCM and Payroll Solutions as part of SE Health’s strategic people-focused transformation journey. This role is expected to handle challenges that arise from functional and technical aspects of this transformation initiative, ensuring our technological solutions meet organizational objectives.

This people-focused transformation journey is aimed at solidifying SE Health’s technology, processes to re-imagine how the company can continue to provide excellent experiences for clients and staff, streamline processes, set the business up for future growth, and deliver Hope and Happiness at scale.

The Solution lead will be acting as 1) strategic thinker and 2) tactical planner with Finance functional expertise, technical knowledge and design skills to lead the configuration, integration and deployment of Finance, HCM and Payroll Functional solutions that significantly impact organizational growth and effectiveness.

The Solutions Lead must specialize in Workday Finance modules with appreciation of other FIN / HR Solution Technologies. Acting as an important senior liaison, this role is to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions that fits in the existing enterprise environment, while meeting organizational objectives, and promoting best practices, maintaining compliance with regulatory and operational standards.

**Responsibilities**:
**Solution design and architecture**
- Lead the configuration of Workday Finance modules to meet the specific business, regulatory and operational needs of SE Health. This includes integrating Workday with existing systems and ensuring that data flows smoothly across platforms.
- Develop scalable, secure, and efficient Workday configurations tailored to meet business requirements.
- Support the design of robust integrations with functional and technical teams between Workday and external systems (e.g., ERP, tax compliance tools, benefits providers).
- Work closely with Technical teams and Implementation partner to deliver a cohesive and scalable solution that integrates all the Workday functions with current and future technological ecosystem within the SE Health environment.
- Work closely with the Functional and Technical Transformation Leaders to co-design, assess options in design and recommend actionable solutions in Workday or other FIN technology solutions.

**Solution delivery, implementation, and optimization**
- Accountable for the quality of Workday deployments across the specific Finance and/or HR & Payroll capabilities.
- Collaborate with Project Manager to provide functional leadership on the implementation activities for Workday solutions and other FIN/HR Technology solutions (including identifying actions to configuration, testing, and go-live support).
- Ensure that data within Workday is accurate and up to date.
- Develop reporting capabilities to provide insights into HR metrics, helping the organization make informed decisions
- Support the business aspects of data migration and conversion processes, ensuring data integrity across Finance, HR, and Payroll modules within Workday; as well as to other FIN/HR technology solutions
- Validate FIN/HR Technology solutions, ensuring alignment to project guidelines, guiding principles.
- Lead efforts to continuously improve the system and processes, based on user feedback and evolving organizational needs

**Adoption, Training and Support**
- Develop and deliver user training programs, change management strategies to ensure effective adoption of Workday solutions and other FIN / HR Technology solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Finance, Payroll, and HCM modules.
- Provide solutions guidance, mentorship, and development to internal teams, including functional SMEs and Champions, payroll, and finance specialists.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience with Workday Implementation and upgrade experience with in-depth expertise in Finance, Payroll, and HCM modules.
- Experience in taking an active role in executing Workday implementation
- Proven experience in large-scale ERP and/or Workday deployments, including cross-functional integrations.

**Certifications**:

- Workday certifications (Finance, HCM, Payroll and/or specialisms of Workday functional areas) are definite assets.
- Professional qualifications in Finance, HR Capabilities is desirable but not required.
- Certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are a plus.
