- **We are looking for a professional Finance Manager to join our team.**_

**What you’ll do**

As a Finance Manager, you will lead the Finance & Accounting team for Kiokii And. Including but not limited to
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Finance Department, including account payable, account receivables, cash receipts etc.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing, including journal entries, intercompany allocation, account reconciliation, closing report etc.
- Prepare, consolidate and analyse financial statements and prepare financial reports for management
- Build and maintain financial models in support long-term planning for the business
- Prepare analysis reports to management team
- Perform GST/HST/PST filling, monthly tax returns and compliance with tax regulations
- Oversee & handle bi-weekly/monthly payroll
- Prepare monthly/annual budgets and forecasting
- Work closely with internal and external parties
- Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned

**What you’ll need**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum of 6 years’ experience
- CPA certification preferred
- Proficiency in using Quickbook accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles, financial reporting requirements and tax regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented, proactive and able to multi-task
