We are looking for a **Part-Time** **Data Entry Clerk** to join our team in FreshPoint Vancouver.

This is an entry-level **part-time Data Entry Clerk** position to assist the accounting and sales with order entry, purchase orders and other clerical work. In addition, this role will be required to work on Saturdays from 7am to 1pm to assist with the front cashier and reception area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurate data entry of purchase orders and credits using the AS400 system
- Update price lists obtained from sales
- Assist in clerical duties including fling, photocopying, receiving and processing mail
- Provide receptionist and cashier relief including switchboard management, greeting customers, assisting with walk-in sales, cash collection, processing payments and more
- Assist in shipping and receiving department as required
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Job Requirements**:

- Completion of post-secondary education
- Previous experience in an office administration, reception, date-entry or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (MS Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written communications
- Available to work Saturdays and statutory holidays

**Location**:

- 1020 Malkin Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6A 3S9.
- Accessible to multiple transit lines.
- Please note that this is an onsite role due to the nature of the position.

**Work Schedule**:

- Part-time hours
- Monday to Thursday availability from 5pm to 9pm
- Saturdays from 7am to 1pm
- Statutory holiday coverage required

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
