Customer Service Lead

**Hours -37.5 Hours per week**
**Location: 34 Mount Hope Avenue, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia**
In this role you will:
- Positively contribute to the growth and sales goals of the business both in the support of online and corporate clients
- Be responsible to oversee various stages of the gift making process in alignment with our standards as required (pulling orders, making gifts, packing for shipping, printing shipping labels, etc.)
- Work alongside the studio team to ensure smooth and efficient operational processes and assist in other operational activities as required (e.g. processing and unpacking incoming product orders)
- Assist in various other studio activities when required (e.g. gift pricing, website work and strategic planning)
- Overseeing and ensuring the gifting work space is clean and set up for maximum efficiency including light cleaning/tidying duties as required in the studio
- Design, mock and price new gift ideas for upcoming seasons and for corporate projects when required

- Comfort to work in a scented workspace
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds in weight
- Warehouse experience an asset
- Shopify experience an asset
- Working for an E-commerce business an asset
Pay: $15.50-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
