**Purpose of the job**:
Under the direct supervision of the Fleet Performance Manager, the Contract Analyst is responsible for the preparation and the follow up of project events and contributes to the management of the GO Maintenance project.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Manage and analyse claim submissions from customer as it corresponds to the contract.
- Utilize and gather information from various systems/resources ie (Maximo/PowerBi) to defend Alstom’s position against customer claims
- Facilitate meetings with customer/internal stakeholders as required.
- Participates with the preparation of data and document management for the negotiation of claims and counterclaims.
- Participates and assists with correspondence management with the customer and internal stakeholder’s.
- Effectively negotiate Alstom’s position on claim submissions.
- Provide regular KPI’s reporting to management on project performance.
- Provide general administrative support for the project core team.
- Other duties as assigned by manager in support of the project.

**Educational Requirements**

Mandatory:

- Associates degree or higher

**Experience**
- English (mandatory)
- Expert in MS Office, with high level proficiency including Word, PowerPoint and Excel required.

**Competencies & Skills**
- Strong ability to effectively and diplomatically communicate cross-functionally.
- Strong ability to work in a team environment and build both internal and external relationships.
- Visio/PowerBi/Microsoft Project/Maximo considered an asset
- Extensive document management experience on mid-large size projects.
