Morning Prep Team Position

Here at Earls Robson we are currently hiring for our Prep Team

The Prep Team is a close nit group who all work shifts like 7am-3pm, 7:30am-3:30pm and 8am-4pm. They are responsible for prepping the entire restaurants food for the day and helping cook during the lunch rush.

**New to the industry?**: We have a mentality here at Earls that we will teach you every skill that you need to be completely successful at your job. Whether you have five days or five years of kitchen experience; our Sous Chefs and Head Chef will be able to ensure that by the end of training you will have all the tools, tips and tricks to succeed at your job.

Earls provides competitive wages, ranging from $18-$22 / hour depending on experience and the specific cook role you are being selected for.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be able to work full time (30-40 hours a week)
- Ability to work with urgency in a fast paced environment
- Keen eye for detail
- Communication skills
- Prior kitchen experience is an asset, but is not mandatory
