This position will work from a Winery Partnership in Beamsville. Full time guaranteed hours in winter months.
*OWN CAR IS MANDATORY*
5 Days a week, including weekends and holidays.
Operating Hours are Sunday - Thursday 930-530pm, Friday and Saturday 9:30-8:00pm
Hours are flexible

Duties
- This position will oversee and execute operations, stock levels and ordering, food prep, and service
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with the planning and development of menus
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Monitor inventory levels and notify Chz Plz of any shortages or discrepancies

- Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service establishment
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and safe food handlers certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid Drivers license required
**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 - 44 per week
