General Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized fitness training sessions to clients based on their goals, fitness levels, and abilities
- Develop customized workout plans, monitor progress, and deliver regular feedback
- Educate clients on proper exercise theory, techniques and form
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Conduct initial fitness consultations for prospective clients and complete sales transactions for fitness packages and services
- Manage respective client caseload and scheduling
- Provide guidance to clients regarding healthy lifestyle choices

Here at OneUp Fitness our trainers are experts in safe, science based, one on one strength training. We develop close and lasting relationships with our clients and we strive to exceed our clients expectations by constantly finding ways to add value to their experience in our studios.

This is a full-time, permanent position. We offer competitive compensation for trainers through an hourly wage and performance based commissions. We also offer a comprehensive health benefits package; a group retirement savings plan; paid time off, liability insurance, on-site training and usage of our facilities for your own personal fitness benefits.

We offer a friendly, non-competitive and professional environment to work, grow and learn. Trainers are treated with respect and given a reasonable amount of autonomy in their work. We also host quarterly socials for team building and celebrations.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
