**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**:
The Regional Director of Consulting & Investigations is responsible for the strategic development and oversight of consulting and investigation services and initiatives for Central Canada (Toronto) while supporting both the Prairie and Pacific Regions. This position will work closely with the National Vice President of Consulting & Investigations to support the strategic growth of the business. They will deliver business development initiatives and activities while ensuring quality service, and maintenance of positive internal and external client relationships that exceed expectations. They will also help establish and maintain policies, procedures, systems, programs, and standards necessary to support the development of a consulting and investigations program while achieving revenue targets.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**:

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent years of industry experience.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting, investigations, security management, public consultation, and project management is desirable.
- 3 years of Business Development experience.
- Experience leading security consulting projects and investigations, with preference for experience in the private security industry.
- Related certifications such as PCI (Professional Certified Investigator) / Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Relevant association membership(s) (e.g., ASIS International, International CPTED Association, Association of Professional Canadian Consultants, The Society of Professional Consultants etc).
- Highly effective at presenting information both orally and in writing to senior executives, attorneys, prosecutors, law enforcement personnel, and security professionals.
- Expert leadership and communications skills.
- Skilled at consultation and engagement techniques, able to facilitate individuals and groups through structured processes that achieve desired results and manage elevated levels of emotion with sensitivity and care.
