**As an Analyst - Business Support [Business Intelligence] your responsibilities will include**:

- Collaborate in the design, development, and implementation of Power BI reports, providing accessible information for decision-making
- Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with raw data in excel to help drive decision making. This will require intermediate to advanced excel skills to clean, analyze, and model data
- Confidently communicate data insights and findings to various parties
- Support end-user training, testing, documentation
- Assist with other ad-hoc activities and analysis

**Think you’ve got what it takes to be an Analyst - Business Support [Business Intelligence]? Like the colour purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we’re also hoping you can tick**:

- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working with financial analytics and reporting, ideally with a professional services firm or financial environment
- Capable of dealing with sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner
- You are comfortable with technology and possess advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Applications, specifically Excel and Power BI. An understanding of DAX is an asset
- You have an advanced knowledge of Excel (SUMIFS, VLOOKUPS, INDEX MATCH, Pivot Tables) and can work with large volumes of data
- You possess a high degree of skill and awareness relating to virtual team set up and collaboration
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to synthesize data and to summarize it in meaningful ways
- You are agile and able to adapt to a variety of environments, changing priorities, and different communication and operating styles
- You have demonstrated the ability to resolve issues in timely, diplomatic and effective manner
- You have intellectual curiosity that drives you to look further, broader, deeper
- You are resourceful with an ability to incorporate ingenuity in the provision of creative solutions that meet client needs
- You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence a variety of stakeholders and core/extended team members
