**Position Summary**

The Membership Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall membership experience for Primary Care Providers and Participating Providers associated with Mosaic Primary Care Network (MPCN). This position requires a well-rounded and positive individual with a strong attention to detail and accuracy across various enterprise systems. Additionally, the Membership Coordinator will support both the Mental Health Services Program (MHSP) and the Community Partnership & Engagement portfolios.

With a strong emphasis on customer service, the Membership Coordinator excels at building trust with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they feel confident that their information is current, accurate, and managed in accordance with Mosaic PCN privacy policies and provincial legislation.

**Key Responsibilities**

Membership Process Support
- Create and maintain documents and systems related to physician and nurse practitioner membership. This includes, but is not limited to, data-sharing agreements, materials for the physiotherapy program, and membership marketing resources.

- Ensure the accuracy of member files across various electronic and paper data repositories, such as internal PCN databases and Alberta Find a Doctor.
- Run database queries and generate reports on a routine schedule or as requested by management and their delegates.
- Coordinate with the finance department to facilitate the preparation of payments to members for authorized signatories and assist in resolving inquiries from physicians.
- Conduct quality assurance for payment processes by tracking data across multiple team members and systems to identify any duplicate or missed information and payments.
- Create and manage physiotherapy clinic profiles on SharePoint. Maintain external lists and platforms, such as AFAD and PCN Admin, on behalf of members when appropriate.
- Administer the Absence Support Program by tracking participation in membership programs, including the Absence Support and Physiotherapy Program.
- Develop process mapping for supporting departments concerning their tasks.

Program Coordination
- Support and coordinate annual contract management processes for membership support and medical leadership programs.
- Performs a variety of administrative duties that require excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, including drafting and distributing meeting minutes, letters, and documents, initiating telecommunications, and collecting and analyzing information.
- Supports the Medical Home Support team in organizing program and community-based resources in alignment with Patient’s Medical Home.
- Composes, edits and formats documents, reports and correspondence using organizational guidelines including collaborating with management to develop templates for program monitoring.
- Provides support for meetings including meeting organization, room booking, minute taking, and document preparation for both in-person and online platforms.
- Provides administrative support for the planning and execution of physician events and learning activities as required.
- Supports the compilation and printing of information for event and communication packages.
- Sending communications to members using Envoke, working with the Physician Portal and UpToDate, monitoring the member services inbox, handling MOA inquiries, supporting the MHS Team, troubleshooting issues that arise, and auditing documents.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
