**Bravo Target Safety** is looking for a Project Controls Lead based out of our Leduc office Reporting directly to the CFO and working in direct support of the General Manager and Director of Business Development, you will provide oversight, strategic analysis, business intuition, creative thinking, and project leadership to maximize **Bravo Target Safety’s** profitability.
**Position Description**
**Job Duties**:
- Using historical data and other market intelligence, provide support and insight into Project bid submissions and business development opportunities (pricing strategies, scheduling, alternative proposal solutions) to maximize profitability.
- Review and provide recommendations on proposed contract terms and conditions to align with corporate policies, strategic objectives, and system support capabilities.
- Drive project planning across the organization including labour requirements, third party support services, and equipment needs.
- Support the Project Accounting and Project Management groups to ensure that services align with customer contract requirements and that projects are executed according to plan.
- Support the overall financial forecast of the company by developing revenue, cost, profitability, and headcount forecasts for major projects.
- Provide real-time information to both customers and Bravo Target Management on project progression and performance.
- Proactively identify opportunities for project-level gross margin improvements.
- Review past project performance to continuously identify areas for improvement in both process and profitability as part of strategic business development initiatives.
- Outline opportunities for value creation with our key vendors, including fleet, accommodation, and equipment partners.
**Position Requirements**
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or similar field of study is required
- Minimum 8 years progressive and related industry experience
- Professional designation of CPA or PMP an asset
- Experience with Excel, Viewpoint, and Power BI
- Strong background is accounting and finance, with experience in project controls and business development
