We are a leading construction company that specializes in industrial and commercial projects. We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
    • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Budgeting and Cost Management
    • Develop and manage project budgets, including estimating, forecasting, and reporting
    • Manage and control project expenses, ensuring they are within approved budgets
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage project teams, including construction managers, engineers, and other support staff
    • Develop and implement team performance management plans, including training and development programs
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality and safety standards
    • Develop and implement quality and safety management plans, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain effective communication plans, including stakeholder engagement and reporting
    • Manage and resolve project-related issues and conflicts
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in construction project management, preferably in industrial or commercial projects
  • Skills
    • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
