**Objective Of Position**:
Iconic Electric and Controls is currently searching for a full-time, project based Electrical Supervisors / Foremen / Lead Hands to to join our team.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Lead project teams and crews
- Reporting, communicaton and interface with clients and Iconic employees
- Manage subcontractors safety and quality management systems
- Read and interpret drawings, P&IDs, blueprints, schematics.
- Comply with standards and procedures of the Iconic Electric and Control's Health and Safety Manual and OHS Regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Mentor and assist co-workers on procedures and techniques. Assist co-workerss in resolving technical problems.

**Qualifications**:

- Journeyperson Electrician or Instrument Certificate, or
- _preference given to those with Red Seal Electrician status_
- Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Outlook, Teams and various other forms of communiction
- Proficient in the use of Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience in document/work turnover and work stages
- Continually monitor work in progress via the QC auditing process
- Experience working in a construction or industrial environment
- Good mathematical, scientific, mechanical and logical reasoning abilities
- Good communication and reading skills
- Valid driver's license
- Safety tickets an asset (i.e. CSTS, First Aid, H2S Alive, Fall Arrest and Aerial Platform)
- Must be proficient in fundamentals of lockout/tagout
- Must be able to understand a project request from upper management.
- Must have basic knowledge of industrial controls
