**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Health Services Manager or delegate, the Patient Attendant is responsible for supporting patient care activities in their work area including: assisting in the movement and transportation of patients; cleaning equipment and work areas; maintaining equipment and handling of sterile items.

**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Current certification in CPR
- Current certification in WHIMIS
- Previous Patient Attendant experience an asset
- Previous experience working in OR environment is preferable
- Must be able to respond quickly to unexpected situations and work effectively in emergency situations
- Ability to lift and move patients using proper body mechanics and/or lifting devices
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team, with highly developed interpersonal skills
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
