Medical Transportation Assistant

Voyago is a leading healthcare transportation provider seeking highly skilled individuals to fill Patient Transfer Attendant positions in Windsor, Ontario.
This role offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be the safe transportation of patients via stretcher/wheelchair to/from healthcare facilities, nursing homes, or private residences.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and safety during transport
- Ensure timely arrivals at destinations
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have a valid First Responder Certification, AEMCA, Paramedic Diploma (year 1), or Firefighter with Emergency Medical Responder Certification, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements- Valid G-class driving license
- Ability to lift 250+ lbs. using a stretcher or stair chair with partner
- Clean driving record and current CPR/First Aid certification
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Clean Criminal Record Search with Vulnerable Sector screening
- Up-to-date immunization records
- High School diploma or equivalent
