Reporting to the Manager, Partnership Sales, the Partnership Sales Coordinator is responsible for co-creating, marketing, and selling partnerships, customer experiences and programs, supporting MBLL’s core business in the liquor and gaming/entertainment industry. These include the establishments of; Club Regent Casino and Event Centre, McPhillips Station Casino, and all Manitoba Liquor Marts. The incumbent will work on the team that develops world class customer experiences for specific market segments, to increase customer traffic in all liquor marts, entertainment centres, and to increase program revenue marketing partnerships on an annual basis. The Partnership Sales Coordinator will primarily be accountable for new revenue generation through both inbound and outbound sales, along with partnership servicing. The incumbent establishes and maintains networks and relationships.

**Duties**:

- Identify entertainment & liquor customer segments.
- Co-create and sell identified partnership assets, customer programs, and experiences to targeted partners in conjunction with both the Liquor Experience and Gaming Experience Programming Teams for Liquor Marts, Club Regent Casino & Event Centre, and McPhillips Station Casino.
- Liaise with Food & Beverage Services to develop customized partner promotional initiatives. Create and maintain required sales decks for presentation to prospective partners.
- Develop, maintain, and sell through a targeted prospecting list of local and regional brands, agencies, and business representatives.
- Generate consistent year over year revenue growth.
- Work with Marketing to create innovative messaging and promotional strategies that attract new partners and sponsors.
- Conduct site tours with prospective clients, selling benefits of facilities and addressing concerns in an effort to close sales.
- Maintain and service partners to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Create and present post partnership fulfillment reports to clients.
- Leverage analytics and audience data to optimize and adjust sales programs to attract new and emerging entertainment customer segments.
- Stay current in the Manitoba liquor and entertainment and events industry in order to spot emerging opportunities.
- Liaise with liquor and entertainment industry partners, and local and regional targeted brands, agencies, and business representatives, on a regular basis.
- Engage internal content partners to ensure the best creation, sharing, distribution, and amplification of programs.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- In partnership with the Program Coordinators, assist with on-site coordination of initiatives with all operational departments regarding smooth delivery and tracking.
- Work collaboratively with members of other departments and Hospitality &Entertainment Services to ensure consistency of standards and service.
- Attend training programs to continue professional sales development.
- Provide ad hoc reports as requested.
- Represent Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries at internal and external events as required.
- Attend and facilitate meetings as required.
- Support and comply with policies, procedures, practices and Corporate Responsibility commitments.
- Complete require courses and video training.
- Other related duties as assigned.

**Primary Qualifications**:

- Completion of diploma/degree in marketing, communications, community relations, or sales.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and event coordination. Experience in sales/marketing, with an emphasis on the entertainment or community relations industry, is an asset.
- Experience working with current desktop productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience working with a broad range of clients from community organizations and major businesses is an asset.
- A designation in Event Management is an asset.

**Secondary Qualifications**:

- Bilingual (French/English) language skills.
