Nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de comptes qui travaillera en étroite collaboration avec notre Directeur de comptes sur une base quotidienne ainsi que les autres membres de notre organisation. Ce poste est à temps partiel, 3 jours par semaine (soit 24 heures maximum) et en mode hybride (flexibilité à distance ou en présentiel au bureau).

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Soutenir le Directeur de comptes et/ou les membres de l'équipe dans la planification, la coordination et l'exécution des activités;
- Être en contact constant et régulier avec nos clients et partenaires;
- Coordonner toutes les étapes et les suivis des programmes de publipostage de nos clients;
- Assurer un suivi rigoureux de toutes les demandes provenant de l'équipe ou de nos clients et partenaires;
- Participer à la production et à la création du contenu transmis aux donateurs de nos clients;
- Coordonner et gérer toutes les tâches administratives telles que:

- Préparer les projections des campagnes des donateurs existants et des donateurs potentiels ciblés par nos clients
- Rédiger et/ou optimiser divers documents et outils de travail
- Préparer les documents et le matériel requis par nos clients et notre équipe de gestion
- Préparer divers rapports sur demande en collaboration avec notre équipe et nos clients
- Contribuer au développement de solutions, de rapports et d'outils pour structurer et optimiser les méthodes de travail, les suivis, l'analyse de données et les stratégies de développement avec nos partenaires et clients;
- Assister aux réunions de développement des affaires;
- En collaboration avec le Directeur de comptes, effectuer des rencontres de suivi avec les clients existants afin de planifier les besoins futurs;
- Contribuer à l'analyse de la rentabilité des campagnes et des événements et identifier des stratégies pour leur optimisation;
- Coordonner le contenu des plans de communication et de marketing de nos clients et partenaires;
- Participer à la réalisation des actions de communication liées aux campagnes de sollicitation, à leur rayonnement, etc.;
- Autres tâches connexes.

- Excellence opérationnelle, forte orientation vers le service à la clientèle
- La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français est essentielle car beaucoup de nos clients sont anglophones ou basés à l'extérieur du Québec.

- We are looking for an Account Manager who will work in partnership with our Account Director and the rest of our organization on a daily basis. Initially, the position is part-time, 3 days a week (i.e. maximum 24 hours). The position is in hybrid mode (remote or face to face flexibility).

**Main responsabilities**:

- Support the Account Director and/or team members in the planning, coordination and execution of activities.
- Be in constant and regular contact with our clients and partners.
- Coordinate all stages and follow-ups of our clients' direct mail programs.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of all requests from the team or from our clients and partners.
- Participate in the production and creation of content transmitted to our clients' donors.
- Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks such as:

- Preparing projections of client campaigns to existing donors and potential donors targeted by our clients
- Draft and/or optimize various documents and work tools
- Prepare documents and materials required by our clients and our management team
- Prepare various reports upon request in collaboration with our team and our clients
- Contribute to the development of solutions, reports and tools to structure and optimize work methods, follow-ups, data analysis and development strategies with our partners and clients.
- Attend business development meetings.
- In collaboration with the Account Manager, conduct follow-up meetings with existing clients to plan future needs.
- Contribute to the analysis of the profitability of campaigns and events and identify strategies for their optimization.
