Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent in experience
- 3+ years of experience in Agile product delivery and experience in waterfall delivery
- 3+ years of professional experience in technical consulting and/or digital project management
- Understanding of software engineering practices, object oriented analysis & design, design patterns and system logic
- Familiarity with the end to end processes of the ecommerce, self service, and retail systems
- Experience with breaking down the customer journey and the agent journey, and implementing process improvements to those journeys
- Familiarity and ability to work with amending inventory and order management systems, including making recommendations in process improvements
- Demonstrated strong technical judgment in conjunction with passionate customer-focus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Support the technical roadmap for a squads within the Customer Account Management (CAM) and all the Digital Self Serve portfolios by understanding the overall technical solutions in place
- Liaison with channel owners, product owners, architects, developer teams and all those impacting digital delivery
- Act as program/project leader for documenting Technical Solutions
- Provide full end-to-end knowledge of the user flows and related technical solutions
- Project management of the software development life cycle in, Agile/SAFe, and Waterfall deliverables
- Document development deliverables, schedules, and other necessary information, providing progress reports as required.
- Liaise with all relevant organizational departments in order to plan and execute projects providing assurance project scopes are accurately and adequately defined in relation to software development.
- Ensure the functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules and system architecture for each project.
- Stay current with trends, techniques, technology and other factors impacting the job incorporating as deemed necessary.
- Actively participate in team meetings and offer recommendations, ideas on design projects.
- Oversee UI design and tech solution, and test major features in collaboration with development team to deliver/validate changes.
- Support KPIs and Targets as defined by the team and help to drive towards it by ensuring the technical solution in place aligns to the direction of the CAM team
- Ensure to accept complete responsibility as well as accountability for the respective solution management project(s)
- Support PI Planning and provide HL solutions to produce effort assessment for major initiatives across the team
- Identify and interpret customer requirements together with other POs for solution changes
