- Manage family law matters assigned by the lawyer.
- Maintain scheduling, calendars, and deadlines.
- Draft various legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, orders, agreements, and more.
- File court documents.
- Handle additional administrative duties such as client intake, photocopying, and filing.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in family law.
- Profound understanding of family law rules, procedures, and related statutes.
- Strong proficiency with DivorceMate, Gmail, Clio, and practice management.
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical organizational, grammar, and communication skills.

**Salary commensurate with experience and skills.**

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
