**Temporary Sanitation Worker/ Full-time Production Worker**
**Responsibilities as a Sanitation Worker**
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and sanitization of facilities, including floors, corridors, production rooms, offices, washrooms, equipment, and supplies
- Maintain exceptionally high standards for cleanliness to prevent cross-contamination of areas
- Empty facility trash bins daily and replace them with new garbage liners
- Clean and restock restrooms and change rooms
- Maintain PPE throughout the facility to ensure supplies are accessible during operational hours
- Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and forms
- Document tasks performed as per SOP and good production practices
- Abide by company policies, procedures, and strict sanitization processes
- Promote and ensure safe work conditions and enforce company Health and Safety policies
- Understand and safely handle industrial chemicals and cleaners
- Meet demanding deadlines
**Responsibilities as a Production Worker**
- Take extract materials from one container, weigh them, and move them to the final container while maintaining strict inventory records of all materials
- Always maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sterility inside the production area and facility, including routine cleaning and sterilization of equipment and infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with safe work practices, standard operating procedures, all applicable regulations, and company policies
- Must be able to work with cannabis, alcohols (organic solvents), fine dust, and strong scents
- Must wear all required PPE, including but not limited to scrubs, hairnets, safety shoes, and facemasks
- Must be able to handle sitting for long periods, frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Must be able to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly
- Must be able to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
**Qualifications and Minimum Requirements**
- Must successfully pass a criminal record check
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
- Must have strong communication, math, reading, and writing skills
- Previous sanitation experience is desirable
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and GPP is desirable
- Must have a high school diploma
- Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends if needed
- Class 5 license required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
