**Documentation**:

- Create and print retail and mastercase labels for production.
- Prepare new SOP’s and Forms from drafts provided by QA Manager. Revise existing SOP’s and forms as required by QA Manager.
- Administer the SOP management system including development, updates, tracking and communication.
- Prepare, track and compile QA documents, reports etc., and retain all documentation as per the Cannabis Regulations.
- Scan, photocopy, print, log, distribute, and file documents.
- Ensure all technical documents in use are current and all master documents are controlled and secured including scanning and uploading Quality documents on the google drive.
- Organize and maintain binders, and documents on google drive.
- Assist Production - with specific attention to in-process tests, batch records preparation, etc.

**Other Duties**:

- Support the QA department in their continuing quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support as required by the QA Manager and QA Assistant Manager.
- Provide QA oversight to the Production staff, as directed.
- As a team, we all work together to achieve our goal. From time to time, you may need to roll up your sleeves and support the rest of the team in different departments.

- 1-3 years administrative support experience.
- Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills; both oral and written.
- Ability to solve problems while collaborating with teams of people.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
