**Job Description**:
As an Operator at Guided Giving, you will play a vital role in maintaining standards, facilitating learning, driving operations, and contributing to the overall functioning of our team. We value cooperation, informality, responsiveness, and a culture of stability. Operators like you help us create a harmonious and effective work environment where teams thrive.

**Responsibilities**:

- Uphold and promote standards of excellence in sales practices and customer interactions.
- Mentor and teach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Assist in driving day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive and cooperative work environment.
- Contribute to a culture of stability by promoting trust, reliability, and consistency.
- Work in a relaxed and informal manner while remaining responsive to team needs and challenges.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, with a demonstrated commitment to upholding standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural inclination towards teaching and mentoring.
- Cooperative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in an informal and relaxed work environment while maintaining responsiveness and professionalism.
- Dedication to contributing to a culture of stability and reliability within the team.

**Salary**: $500 - $2000 per week

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, Sunday as needed

Supplemental Pay Types: Commission

Experience: Sales - 1 year

License/Certification: Driving License (required)

**Salary**: $500.00-$2,000.00 per week
