Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Duties**:

- Assemble and install structures such as windows, doors, cabinets, and furniture
- Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and roofs
- Measure, cut, shape, and smooth materials using hand tools and power equipment
- Follow blueprints, sketches, or building plans to ensure accurate construction
- Install drywall, insulation, or other materials as needed
- Repair or restore existing structures by replacing damaged parts or making necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians or plumbers, to complete projects
- Perform general maintenance person tasks as required

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role
- Proficient in construction painting and blueprint reading
- Knowledge of construction estimating and ability to interpret schematics
- Familiarity with CNC machinery is a plus
- Strong understanding of various carpentry techniques and tools
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, lifting heavy objects, etc.
- Basic knowledge of masonry is preferred

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
