**Summary**:
The National Account Coordinator supports the organization's sales team by building relationships with new and existing clients and communicating their needs internal teams. The national account coordinator will support the director of sales and sales team including customer service management within a select range of accounts. This position incorporates administration, project tracking, research, and operations.
**In This Role, You'll Have The Opportunity To**:
- Completing new vendor setup on customer’s website.
- Completing new item setup forms for customers (on various forms and on websites)
- Support the sales and product teams on the development of customer presentations, new item set up and performing and tracking a competitive analysis to monitor what is currently available at retail.
- Maintenance of all customer price lists/ conditions and customer catalogue database/ material numbers in SAP and keep up to date vendor guides on file
- Running various reports on a daily / weekly basis
- Complete internal process documents and communicate relevant information to the necessary departments.
- Participate in brief meetings, coordinating with the sales team for updates and providing relevant customer updates.
- Entering the customer’s sales orders in the company’s SAP system and providing customers with order acknowledgements.
- Generating the customer invoices ensuring pricing accuracy and making any resulting follow-up.
- Acting as the liaison between the customer and the various other departments within the company to ensure inquiries are handled in a timely fashion.
- Provide a high quality of after-sales customer service by ensuring fast and dedicated attention to any customer request or problematic situation
- Contribute to the standardization, documentation and maintenance of customer processes to ensure versatility and training within the CSR group
- Customer Service Phone line / answer all consumer or customer inquiry
- Provide support with compiling and packing product samples for customers as required.
- Provide punctual internal support by executing any other assigned responsibilities, including the occasional replacement of colleagues, to allow Keter Canada to meet its service offering and/or to achieve the company’s stated objectives.
- Act as a liaison between National Account Managers and other departments including product, planning, marketing, and production, as well as coordinating with the sales team.
- This position must provide first-rate customer service to national accounts by responding to customer inquiries in a professional and prompt manner.
- This position will juggle multiple responsibilities. The national account coordinator will be responsible for assisting sales managers/director of sales with presentations, order management and tracking, POS analysis, etc. This person will also complete and track internal forms to follow all processes related to item set ups, promotional planning, SKU rationalization, etc. This position will be responsible for order management with targeted accounts and will manage the administration of the accounts from start to finish. This person will be responsible for POS analysis so a good understanding of excel and data analysis is required. This position will also be responsible for the sample process within the organization for all national accounts. The national account coordinator must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook), order management, and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems.
- Provide additional support to the Customer Service Team and Product Team as required.
**Requirements**:
**What You Need To Succeed**:
- Possess strong customer relationship, and problem-solving skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with proven ability to express complex ideas in a simplified logical manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Strong ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing environment and strong ability for multi-tasking.
**Education and Experience**:
- 3 to 5 years previous work experience in a customer service
- SAP knowledge is an asset
- Preferred experience working as customer service in Walmart vendor environment including Retail Link
- Strong PC skills, including experience using MS Office, Outlook, EXCEL, SAP and EDI
