**The opportunity**

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager that will be responsible for on/off-boarding, employee relations, company policy and procedure compliance, health & safety, performance management and all HR programs.

This is a stand-alone in-office role.

**What you bring to the table**

Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and build relationships proactively with employees at all levels

Comfortable working in a stand-alone position

CHRP/CHRL designation or in progress preferable

Manage employee records and ensure compliance

Develop and update company employment policies and other workplace policies

Manage off-boarding, voluntary and involuntary termination of employment

Respect for Confidentiality

Any relevant professional accreditation, training or advanced education would be an asset.

You need strong organizational skills, a high level of detail orientation, personal accountability and superior time management capability.
