Payroll and Benefits Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Process new employee documentation and benefits enrolments
- Maintain detailed records for payroll changes (salary/ rate changes, benefits changes, address changes, etc.)
- Prepare a variety of forms and correspondence
- Assist with payroll department projects
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, policies, etc.
- Provide back-up to other staff as needed
- Other administrative duties as required
**Qualifications**:
- University degree (Preferably in Business or Human Resources)
- Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) - either completed or working towards certification
- 1+ year of office experience (payroll or HR related preferred)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of UKG is preferred
