**Qualifications**:

- **Leadership Experience**: At least 3 years as a Lead Line Cook with proven ability in high-volume kitchens.
- **Sharp Skills**: Mastery in knife skills and a detail-oriented approach to food quality and safety.
- **Certified & Committed**: Food Handler Certification and a team-focused mentality.
- **Culinary Training**: Completion of Culinary School is a plus.
- **Hardworking & Passionate**: Organized, attentive, and dedicated to plant-based culinary excellence.

**Your Role & Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook meals to perfection, following recipes and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure food safety, organization, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Support inventory management and assist in maintaining supplies.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to uphold the restaurant’s culinary vision.

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 26 - 32 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
