Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Lead Line Cook.

**Responsibilities**:
Execute meal preparation and cooking as per established recipes and menus
Ensure timely preparation and service of food
Maintain impeccable food quality and presentation standards
Uphold a clean and organized kitchen environment
Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols
Assist in inventory management and procurement of supplies
Provide guidance and supervision to kitchen staff
**Experience**:
Previous experience in a similar leadership role
Proficiency in food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
Thorough understanding of food safety regulations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced culinary environment
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Completion of Culinary School preferred
**Skills**:Proficient in meal preparation and cooking techniques
Familiarity with food handling and storage procedures
Versatility in various cooking methods (grilling, baking, sautéing, etc.)
Strong team collaboration skills
Keen attention to detail and adherence to recipes
As a Lead Cook, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our kitchen.
