Langley, Canada As You Are Counselling Full time

If you are challenged by financial overhead required to start or run your own counselling private practice, As You Are Counselling (AYOUA) eliminates the needs for you to have a business, marketing, client matching, client management and scheduling expertise. We are building a team of clinical counsellors who are passionate about advocating for and providing high-quality support to those in Langley and within the fraser valley community.

Compensation
- 60/40 fee split per hour/session, depending on funding source with room to grow in fee split.

Qualification
- Master Degree in counselling field (required)
- RCC or CCC (required)
- Professional association membership registration: BCACC or CCPA
- Ability to provide services in-person at our clinic in Langley
- Multicultural competency and knowledge pertain to non-dominant cultural group
- Ability to integrate other modalities into treatment
- Understanding of treatment plans for clients presenting with a wide array of mental health challenges
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Confidence with mobile technology (video calling), or the ability and desire to learn
- Langley, Bc: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
- Qualified to work in private practice (Recent criminal record check & individual professional liability insurance required at time of employment)
- Post graduate counselling experience with client with diverse backgrounds (optional but an asset)

Key responsibilities
- To provide short term or long term individual/relationship/family counselling
- To work collaboratively with counsellor and admin team members
- To maintain accurate up-to-date records and case notes, including documentation of all client contracts, referrals to and consultation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
