**Fort St. John Co-op** is hiring a **Marketing Coordinator** at our Administration Office located at 7315 - 100th Avenue in **Fort St. John, BC.**

You’ll be primarily responsible for supporting the Fort St. John Co-op’s marketing strategy by:

- Assisting in planning quarterly and annual sales and marketing plans.
- Engaging all retail leadership regularly to determine marketing and sales initiatives.
- Developing and fostering strong working relationships within the leadership team, ensuring the consistency of messaging across all channels.
- Assisting in developing and executing community relations strategies.
- Collecting market research to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace.
- Providing transactional support for all marketing activities.
- Travelling within the trading area on a regular basis and outside the trading area occasionally.
- Strongly representing our values of **Integrity**, **Commitment** and **Responsibility**.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Sales & Marketing and:

- You have a degree, with a preference for Business or Marketing.
- You have 1 - 3 years of relevant and progressive marketing experience.
- You’re familiar with social media/Internet and website management.
- You have a solid understanding of traditional and digital media, and the ability to learn new and future trends.
- You have strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- You are detail oriented with a commitment to quality.
- You have demonstrated the ability to handle multiple projects and demands, and to prioritize workload.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
- You have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract.

Our Team Members receive competitive salaries, a comprehensive benefits package, and an employer-contributed pension plan. The range for this position is $48,038 - $60,048 annually. Starting wage will be commensurate with education and experience.
