We are currently searching for **Receiving Associate **who will be responsible for receiving components, working with our ERP system and preparing kits for assembly and other manufacturing processes.

**Your Responsibilities & Qualifications**
- reviewing package contents for accuracy and entry into ERP system to confirm receipt
- prepare product for subsequent process steps (finishing, assembly, spare parts etc.)
- Create and prepare reports for hand off of parts to other departments
- monitor status of jobs and work orders to ensure they flow through the process in a timely manner
- manage inventory and material availability, update records and reports
- Collaborate with production personnel, procurement and project management
- Work within a team to identify and resolve problems proactively

**Your education, skills and experiences will consist of**:

- background in warehouse and/or inventory control
- manufacturing background and experience with mechanical drawings (preferred)
- three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a similar position and industry. (preferred)
- proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- experience with MRP or ERP database systems (preferred)
- excellent attention to quality, accuracy and detail oriented
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work both independently and in a team
