**Major Responsibilities**:

- Bi-weekly Payroll administration through ADP HRIS System
- Responsible for Hayashi Canada’s Health, Safety and Environmental Program
- Functional knowledge of regulatory requirements (ESA, WSIB, MOL etc.)
- Creates and builds strong relationships with employees and management throughout organization to assist with employee relations & communication
- Performance/Attendance Management administration
- Benefit & Pension administration
- Assist with team spirit events and wellness initiatives
- Support with administrative tasks involving all HR and H&S Functions
- Other HR and Health & Safety projects and initiatives to be assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant University degree/ College Diploma
- HR experience and designations considered an asset but not required
- Previous experience in manufacturing environment is an asset but not required
- ADP HRIS experience is considered an asset but not required
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interact confidently with all levels of the organization
- Able to work well independently or in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization with high degree of confidentiality
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a professional and timely manner

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
