About the Role
Corus has an opportunity for an Activation Coordinator on the Corus Tempo team located in Toronto. Corus Tempo is a division of the sales team that develops innovative, custom, on-strategy media executions for advertisers that generate results.

**Accountabilities/ Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to maximizing linear and non-linear advertising revenue for Tempo
- Responsible for creating and updating on-going opportunities chart and sales collateral
- Maintain current Tempo financial tracker for all TAMs and Activation
- Proactively develop turn-key seasonal and programming stunt opportunities including one-pagers for sales
- Manage requests for smaller networks with no integration opportunities
- Oversee Tempo folder management
- Maintain updated talent documents (such as current bios, social stats, etc.)
- Co-project manage annual Tempo Roadshow
- Assist on vacation help with overflow requests
- Update all tracking documents

About You

**What We Need From You**:

- Minimum 1 year of Media Sales or Media Production experience
- Experience in branded content development and strong understanding of concept execution, across broadcast, online and mobile platform
- Exceptional organization and communication skills
- Commitment to working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, client-focused environment
- Enthusiastic work ethic and proactive approach with the ability to embrace variety and spontaneity
- Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work well as part of a team environment and independently
- Advanced MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills
