Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Food Truck Caterer to join our team here at Fireside Pictures. You will be responsible for preparing and serving food on our film sets to our Cast and Crew. This position consists of 14 days of steady employment, over a 3 week span, and provides the opportunity to get your foot in the door with one of Ottawa's leading film production companies.

**Duties**:

- Prepare 4 meals daily, cooking a variety of dishes for cast and crew members.
- Coordinate with the Catering manager to determine individuals specific dietary needs.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service to cast and crew members.
- Assist with clean-up after production days end.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food preparation or catering is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Requirements**:

- 12 hour shifts
- Access to a vehicle mandatory
- Immediate start date
