**Your Role**:
We are a team of creative individuals who love to translate and transform requirements into well thought out designs. We are looking for an **Intermediate Deskside Support Analyst** who is organized, a good communicator who loves problem solving.

**The Job**:

- **Education** with a focus on Help Desk/Deskside support including familiarity with Windows 10 and Office 365
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and Office 365
- Setting up and decommissioning user accounts
- Maintaining distribution lists and mailboxes
- Repurposing and maintenance of Microsoft Surface Laptops
- A **Curiosity** and desire to solve problems
- **Manage** requests for new desktop/laptops, including updating and deployment
- **Willingness** to learn new technologies
- **Implement** and maintain inventory of end user devices, such desktops and laptops, printers, phones, etc.)
- **Familiarity** with supporting a basic IP network setup, and printers
- **Execute requests** for software and access to online services
- **Adhere** to company processes for IT support
- **Superior communications skills** including written correspondence to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms
- **Troubleshooting **and resolve issues that are reported in a timely manner
- **Escalate** to other levels of support as required
- **Positive **attitude with a focus on customer service
- **Current** with industry best practices
- **3-5 years relevant experience**

**Nice to Haves**:

- **Good knowledge** of remote connectivity software
- **Ticketing **system software experience
- **ITIL **Foundation certification
- **PowerShell** knowledge
- **CompTIA** IT Fundamentals, A+, Network+, Cloud + or Server+ certification
- **Networking foundational knowledge** (DHCP, VLAN, DNS, etc.)
