**How your role will add to the story**:
We’re looking for a **Product Management Specialist**. You will be responsible for administering a cross-functional team (Launch Committee) to ensure successful/complete new product launches (all-new and carry-over). You’ll also be maintaining a thorough database/understanding of product ordering and take-rate information (leveraging Tableau). You will also oversee and process all special orders with dealers, MBCAN & DAG, and preparing competitive review documents to service as internal and external sales tools. You will report directly to the National Manager, Product Management.

**A day in the life**
- On most days you’ll maintain the ongoing launch schedule and certification readiness/production dates, prepare reports for management to identify areas of escalation and ensure distribution of appropriate information to internal department
- Some days you’ll manage the complete special order process for MBC, receiving all orders from dealer network, coordinating with Head Office to determine feasibility, and manage build/order/invoice creation
- There’s always a chance you’ll be involved in maintaining up-to-date database of competitive product entries, lifecycle plans, and runouts to ensure MBC’s best addresses market realities

**Qualifications**:
**Mercedes-Benz Star skills, requirements & traits**:

- Eligible to work in Canada
- Post-secondary diploma/degree with a concentration in Business or Technical discipline
- 1-3 years’ experience in automotive industry is preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Exceptional analytical, communication, organizational, relationship-building and customer service (internal/external) skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast pace environment with strict deadlines
- Bold, innovative and enjoy challenging yourself
