Alt-Tech Inc, a Sherwood Park based Cyber Security and Managed Service Provider (MSP) Company, is currently recruiting a full-time and permanent IT Infrastructure Analyst to join our team. With over 15 years of experience in computer systems, networks, and cyber security, we provide a wide range of support services to small, medium, and large businesses.

**What You'll Do**:

- Play a crucial role in the design, installation, and support of computer primarily server systems and networks.
- Collaborate with our team of certified IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' infrastructure.
- Work on diverse projects and contribute to the success of our clients' businesses.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients, both remotely and on-site in the greater Edmonton Area.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Implement Cybersecurity systems, frameworks, and best practices.
- Monitor and manage network performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes.
- Participate in the planning and execution of technology projects.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Post-secondary related diploma or degree in Computer Technology or related discipline preferred.
- 5+ years of practical experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining computer systems and networks for small to large businesses.
- Practical Experience in cloud computing platforms, mainly Azure.
- Proficient in network administration, including configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Proficient in auditing and implementing cyber security measures.
- Excellent knowledge of industry best practices for IT infra design, installation, and support.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT infrastructure.
- Able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and peers.
- A current, clean police record check
- A valid class 5 license with clean driving abstract.
