**Requirements**:

- Completion of recognized post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, Business or related field, with two (2) years recruitment experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation such as _Employment Standards Act_, Labour Relations Code, _Human Rights Act_, _Personal Information Protection Act_, and _Workers Compensation Act_.
- Understanding of current job markets and recruitment best practices.
- Highly organized with a proven ability to effectively prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to be effective in requesting and delivering information.
- Team player who collaborates with others to achieve goals, objectives, and deliverables
- Positive attitude that communicates job-related issues with a constructive, problem-solving approach; always willing to take on new challenges.
- Ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Looks for ways to improve processes and procedures; continuous improvement.
- Maintains a high degree of confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all aspects of the position.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as required.
