**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Advisory**: Provide expert advice to senior management, influencing decisions crucial to our organization’s success.
- **Organizational Enhancement**: Identify areas for improvement, assisting in prioritization, and implementing effective business strategies.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on complex issues, translating data into actionable insights.
- **Process Optimization**: Lead and manage business systems and process improvements, advocating for efficiency and cost reduction.
- **Risk Management**: Implement measures to mitigate risks, ensuring robustness in our business operations.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Engage with stakeholders to elucidate comprehensive business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- **SWOT Analysis**: Perform SWOT analysis to create compelling business cases, guiding our investments and strategic initiatives.

**Must-Haves**:

- Valid Government of Canada Secret clearance.
- A university degree or college diploma.
- 10+ years in business analysis or related field.
- Proficiency in advising on business strategies, conducting research, and implementing process improvements.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder engagement.

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA.
