**Front of House Associate (Full Time, Seasonal, and Casual Positions Available)**

We are seeking a full time, energetic, customer-service-oriented individual to join our small team at Hansen Distillery

The Front of House Associate will work directly with the Hansen ownership team to meet the retail, product promotion and customer engagement needs of Hansen Distillery.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is interested in the craft spirits industry, has retail and sales experience, and wants a great place to work This position has the possibility of full-time employment for the right fit.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in a hospitality, customer service or retail environment, or an equivalent combination of related skills and experience
- ProServe Certification
- 1+ year bartending experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong knowledge and understanding of cocktail recipes.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proven ability to understand the value of presentation and customer engagement.
- Competency in a computer-based environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex workloads in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Conditions**

**Schedule**
- Due to the nature of this position, the work requires a flexible schedule with availability for day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts. Availability is required Wednesday through Saturday, up until 9 PM.

**Physical Demands**
- Lifting and/or carrying up to 50lbs.
- High-stress, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.

**Work Environment**
- Exposure to fluctuating temperatures.
- Exposure to fluctuating noise levels.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
