AlgaeCal is looking for a proven Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing team of about 20 people to $100 million in revenue in 5 years. We’re less than half way there now, and growing at over 20% per year, but we need a stronger marketing leader to get us there. Is that you?

This role might be for you if
- You know how to sell** Direct response marketing **has to be all over your resume or we’re not going to get along. Period.
- You have lead a team that scaled a brand beyond $40 million with E-commerce as the core market channel. If you have scaled in retail stores, international sales, or with healthcare professionals that’s a big bonus - we’re headed into these channels too.
- You have informed opinions about E-comm marketplaces, CRM’s, multi-touch attribution, optimized UX/UI design, lead gen, funnel building, and breakeven ROAS.
- You have a Yoda-like ability to make strategic decisions based on both data and common sense.
- Your strategy converts like a tent revival. Show us how your split tests have increased the conversion rates of shopping carts, websites, and landing pages. There’s no ifs, ands, or buts about it - you’ll need at least 8 years of experience as a digital leader to succeed in this role.
- A brain the size of a small planet In this role, you’ll need to think imaginatively and act strategically to drive sales.
