**Job Duties/Responsibilities**

We are a leading wholesaler of produce products in the country. With our massive growth, we are looking for an Financial Administrator who will provide support in coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of client care service. This incumbent will report directly to the Senior Accountants and Controller.
- Processing of client invoices in accounting system
- Posting of cash receipts to accounts receivable as assigned
- Digital record keeping of invoices
- Create credit and debit memos according to company standard practices
- Investigate issues related to non-payment of outstanding invoices and payment discrepancies
- Verify account payable invoices and process payments
- Filing of account receivable and payable documents
- Update management to resolve outstanding issues relating to payments to client accounts
- Perform other administrative related duties as assigned by superiors

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of one year of experience in administrative role with areas of focus in Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable
- College diploma in relevant field, preferable accounting/commerce
- Basic understanding of clerical and administrative procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good time management skills and ability to solve problems as they arise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
