We are currently on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Installation Manager to spearhead our installation team and drive the delivery of exceptional results.

**Job Description**:
As the Senior Installation Manager, you are at the helm of our exhibit installations. This pivotal role involves the management of the exhibit's journey, from production hand-off through to client viewing, packing, shipping, and return. Your leadership will direct a team of supervisors who, in turn, oversee the on-site installation of exhibits by local labor. Your task will be to foster a high-performance culture within the team, ensuring the timely, quality-focused execution of installations. In addition to exhibit installations, you will also manage a dedicated team of installers for local installations and in-house pre-installations in our shop setup department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end installation process, including receipt of exhibits from production, assignment of supervisors for setup and client viewing, through to packing and shipping.
- Lead a team of supervisors, ensuring on-site installations are carried out to the highest standard.
- Oversee a team of installers for local and in-house installations.
- Maintain a culture of urgency, driving the team to meet strict deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Employ problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise during the installation process.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within the trade show industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate a team effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a results-oriented focus.
- Valid passport for travel across Canada and the US.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
