We are currently seeking an experienced Print Manager with 3-5 years of sublimation print experience and the ability to manage a diverse team. The role involves managing the operation of our large format sublimation, vinyl, and large rigid board print operations, as well as overseeing the use of our brand new, large format equipment including a laser cutter.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the operations of our large format print processes including sublimation and vinyl printing, rigid board printing, and laser cutting
- Lead a team of up to 5 individuals including print operators, vinyl installers, and sewers
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality print projects in line with customer requirements
- Maintain and manage the print shop, including our cutting-edge equipment, to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the success of projects from conceptualization to completion
- Uphold Accordex’s guiding principles of quality, collaboration, and customer satisfaction in all tasks

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in sublimation printing
- Proven experience in managing a diverse team
- In-depth understanding of large format print processes and machinery, including laser cutters
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
