**_ _**Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Manager**

**(36-month contract)**

As an Enterprise Resource Planning Project Manager with The Corporation of the City of North Bay, you will lead a transformative project aimed at modernizing our systems, including the replacement of our finance and payroll system as well as the implementation of a Human Resources Information System. Reporting to the Director of Information Systems, you will leverage your extensive project management experience, strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, to lead the successful implementation of a new ERP system that will improve productivity through automation and process efficiencies, allowing us to focus on providing excellent customer service to the residents of the City of North Bay. This role involves close collaboration with various business units across the City, as well as Agencies, Boards, and Commissions undergoing the transition to the new ERP system.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Support functional design and change management strategies to optimize business processes and capitalize on emerging technologies for improved efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams and stakeholders to build relationships, navigate opportunities, address challenges, and manage solutions.
- Lead all phases of the ERP Project, including initiation, planning, implementation, and closure, adhering to industry best practices.
- Manage resource planning, project timelines, schedules, budgets, risk, communication, and change management plans.
- Anticipate risks, develop risk responses, and methodically address challenges when they arise.
- Utilize exemplary communication and facilitation skills to resolve conflicts within the project team, vendors, or other stakeholders.

**Key Qualifications**:

- University degree in a field of study related to business process analysis, project management, or equivalent, combined with 10 years of experience managing large Information & Technology Projects.
- Demonstrated experience with supplier selection processes such as RFP, RFI, and/or RFQ, contracts and statement of work related to services and products.
- Proven experience in end-to-end project management, particularly in ERP system implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project teams, develop project plans, and ensure successful project delivery within set timelines and budgets.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and a track record of successful ERP implementations.
- Experience in conflict resolution and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation would be considered an asset.
